The Highpoint Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA) is a Texas non-profit corporation, and membership is automatic when you purchase a home within our community. The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas owned by the HOA, ensuring architectural control, and enforcing compliance with the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) outlined in the Declaration.

To help us serve the community effectively, Guardian Association Management, a professional management company, works alongside the Board. Guardian manages the financial aspects of the HOA, monitors the neighborhood, and handles communications with homeowners and residents. The HOA Board of Directors, in partnership with Guardian, is committed to maintaining the beauty and integrity of Highpoint Oaks.
